The “not the row” Marfaux Bag

Paying $5K for The Row’s Margaux Bag seems excessive—it’s chic, but come on. So when I found this Marfaux version, I had to road-test it. It’s a solid knockoff. The hardware, dust bag, and even the bag itself are stamped “The Row”—something I didn’t expect. It’s stiffer than the real thing, but for $99, I can overlook that. I carried it once and faked out my fancy apartment manager. It passed the test, save your money, buy the fake, invest in art instead.
